I painted this one hot august afternoon when the closest I came to the beach was dreaming about going there. I painted my dream beach vacation- turquoise water on my own private beach with two comfortable chairs to sit on.The warer was so clear that you could see to the bottom of the ocean.
About Carol DENMARK
Welcome to my web page. Although I discovered art at the age of 10 it took me a long time and two other careers to rediscover it. When my oldest daughter went away to college I became a docent at the Pennsylvania Academy of the Fine Arts (PAFA). I was leading a tour of the museum in one of the galleries when I discovered a class copying works of some of our greatest American artists right in front of the pictures. I knew then that I had found what I wanted to do with the rest of my life. Carol Sack Denmark is a lawyer who is now an artist. She lives in the Philadelphia area.
